Repro department

– Digital color proofs are made using specially calibrated color printer Epson 7600

– State of the art software: DeltaList, SignaStation, BestColors, ICIS 2.0 helps us to do all the pre-press in the best possible quality and timing

– Image setters Quasar (B3+) and Luxell (B1+) allows us to print films beyond B1 format

Printing department

– Polar guillotine prepares paper for the printing process

– Heidelberg 6 colour Speedmaster: B3+ format (370 x 520 mm), up to 15000 per hour

– Heidelberg 4 colour Speedmaster: B2+ format (520 x 740 mm), up to 15000 per hour

Post-press department

– Stahl Ti52 folder, MBO folder, Stahl T100

– Stitching machines, JBI O-Wire binding machines

– Horizont BQ perfect binding machine

– Heidelberg platens, Embossing press

– Polar guillotine for finishing the product

– UV-varnishing silk-screening machine (format up to B2)
